Mike Glaspie, CFO/Founder & Owner
Mike Glaspie is a distinguished Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisor based in North Carolina and the CFO, Owner, and Founder of G2 Business Solutions. Mike completed his bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Houston—Downtown and earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill.
Mike served eleven years in the US Army, with a significant portion of that time in Special Operations as a Green Beret. Since purchasing his first investment property in 2014, Mike has focused on creative real estate investing strategies. Within three years, he executed numerous transactions through methods such as Subject-To deals, wholesales, flips, hotel syndication, arbitrage rentals, loan assumptions, and both short and long-term buy-and-hold rentals.
Currently, Mike holds rental properties and short-term arbitrages across multiple states. He co-founded an investment-centric real estate team, all while serving full-time in the military. As a veteran, Mike remains dedicated to the real estate industry, focusing on educating other veterans on building the lifestyle they deserve through creative investing.

Skylar Johnson, Bookkeeping Account Manager
Skylar Johnson is a distinguished veteran, having served as a U.S. Air Force Special Operation Intelligence Analyst.
Leveraging his background in military intelligence, he has transitioned into the realm of multifamily real estate investment, cultivating a diverse portfolio comprising short, medium, and long-term rental properties. With a keen interest in financial management and system optimization, Skylar brings four years of extensive experience in real estate accounting to his endeavors.
Recognizing the paramount importance of time, he prioritizes meaningful connections with his loved ones, valuing each moment spent with family and friends. Beyond his professional pursuits, Skylar finds enjoyment in exploring new destinations, honing his skills on the banjo, and immersing himself in the rich tapestry of country-folk music.
Rachel Pua, Senior Bookkeeper
Rachel is a meticulous bookkeeper, accountant, and certified public accountant. Currently employed by G2 Business Company, her passion lies in delivering exact and comprehensive bookkeeping services to real estate investors, contractors, and rental property owners. Her expertise extends to financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, where she thrives in offering insightful perspectives on financial data. Outside the world of numbers, she is a dog lover, finding joy and balance in the companionship of our furry friends. An Accountancy graduate, QBO and Xero certified, with eight years experience in Financial Accounting who values integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Has a passion in helping business owners in the tedious bookkeeping, cashflow management, financial analysis, has keen attention to details and love finding ways on how to get things done asap.
A dedicated momma to two amazing sons, a loving and patient wife to a seafarer husband, who loves to feed her small family with homecooked meals. This golden momma is now back to number crunching as a bookkeeping support at G2 Business Solutions as Jr Bookkeeper.
